Please specify “BIZET25-names of participants” in bank transfers’ reference.

Send an email to pariticpant@15-mai.com specifying information below:

• Congress name
• Participant: last and first name, email, city, country, mobile phone.
• Services selected (standard rate, member of Raoul Tubiana Club)
• Proof of payment 

Once the bank transfer received, a confirmation email will be sent.

Registration includes:

• Access to the conferences
• Breaks and lunches
• Access to the exhibition area

Cancellation conditions: 

Any modification/cancellation must be communicated by mail to participant@15-mai.com

• Until July 31st, 2025 (included): 50% of the amount paid will be retained.
• From August 1st, 2025: All cancellations will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.

Invitation letter:

You can download your invitation letter at the end of the registration process.
